Ingredients
Eggs,boiled , peeled and grated8
Gram flour (besan)3 tablespoons
Spring onions with greens,chopped3
Green chillies,chopped4-5

Ginger,chopped2 inch piece
Red chilli powder1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala1 teaspoon
Fresh coriander leaves,chopped3 tablespoons
Soda bicarbonate1/4 teaspoon
Saltto taste
Oilto deep fry
Method
Mix grated eggs, gram flour, spring onions with greens, green chillies, ginger, red chilli powder, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves, soda bicarbonate and salt in a bowl. Sprinkle a little water and combine all the ingredients well. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai. Dip two tablespoons in oil, scoop some egg mixture in one tablespoon and shape it like an egg with the other spoon and gently slide into the hot oil. Fry the pakoras in small batches without overcrowding the kadai. Turn the pakoras occasionally and fry till golden. Drain and place them on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
